Draft decision

On 27 November 2014, the AER released its draft decision on ActewAGL's distribution determination for the 2015–19 regulatory control period.

We also released a Fact Sheet on our review of ActewAGL's proposal, to accompany and summarise our draft decision. The purpose of this Fact Sheet is to make our decision accessible to a wide ranging consumer audience.

Stakeholder forum

On 27 November 2014, the AER published its draft decision for ActewAGL's distribution determination for the 2015-19 regulatory control period.

We held a pre-determination conference on 9 December 2014 in Canberra to explain first hand to stakeholders our draft decision and what it means. The presentations made in this conference are available below.

Consultation - site visit
