Final decision

On 30 April 2015, the AER released its final decision on ActewAGL's distribution determination for the 2015–19 regulatory control period.

We also released a Fact Sheet to accompany and summarise our final decision. The purpose of this Fact Sheet is to make our decision accessible to a wide ranging consumer audience.

Tariff structure statement

On 28 February 2017, we released our final decision on ActewAGL's 2017-19 Tariff Structure Statement proposal. The approved tariff structures were in place for the period 1 July 2017 to 30 June 2019. A history of the consultation process is archived online by the National Library of Australia.
