Issues paper
On 10 June 2015 the AER released an Issues paper on Powercor's regulatory proposals. The paper sets out our initial impressions of the distributors' proposals, including what we think will be some of the key issues for our assessment. We hope this paper is helpful for readers to form their own views on the distributors' proposals. The issues paper signals the commencement of a comprehensive consultation process.
We have also released a Consumer guide to the Victorian electricity distribution pricing review 2016–20. This guide is intended to give stakeholders a better understanding of our process for reviewing electricity distribution proposals.
On 30 June 2015 the AER released an addendum to the Issues paper to explain in more detail the differences between the Victorian businesses return on debt proposals that were not identified in the original version of the Issues paper.
