On 2 December 2022, Transgrid submitted its revised revenue proposal for the 2023-28 regulatory control period, along with supporting materials.

Stakeholders were invited to make submissions on the AER's draft decision and Transgrid's revised proposal by 20 January 2023. A number of submissions were received:

On 3 April 2023, Transgrid provided a letter to the AER regarding its inadvertent omission of Project EnergyConnect (PEC) 'as commissioned' capex from its 2023-28 revised proposal. The correct amount was included in Transgrid's 2023-28 initial proposal and the AER's 2023-28 draft decision. For transparency purposes, we have published Transgrid's letter.
