We published our revised draft determination on the 2024 Values of Customer Reliability methodology on 5 June 2024 and stakeholders are invited to make submissions. It follows our consultation paper published on 22 March 2024 and our subsequent decision to switch to the standard rules consultation procedure.
The revised draft articulates our reasoning for the proposed methodology, responds to key points raised by stakeholders, and identifies several main areas where we consider further stakeholder views would be valuable. The 2024 pilot questionnaires and the 2019 final direct cost questionnaire are provided in appendices.
