On 29 November 2024, we released our draft decision on Jemena Gas Networks (NSW) ('JGN') access arrangement proposal for the 2025–30 period commencing 1 July 2025.

A public forum was held on Wednesday, 11 December 2024 at 1-2.30pm (AEDT) as an opportunity for interested stakeholders to ask questions about our draft decision.
At the public forum we presented on our draft decision and had presentations from the Justice and Equity Centre, St. Vincent De Paul, the AER's Consumer Challenge Panel and Jemena Gas Networks.

Interested stakeholders are also invited to make submissions on both our draft decision and JGN’s revised proposal (once submitted) by Friday, 14 February 2025.
