On 30 September 2024, AusNet Gas Services (AusNet) submitted a proposal to vary its approved 2023–28 access arrangement.

On 25 October 2024, we made a decision that AusNet's variation proposal is material. Our decision and the initiating notice are published here.

AusNet's variation proposal did not require a Regulatory Information Notice, however, it has provided updated workbooks to support its proposal.

We invited submissions on AusNet's variation proposal by Friday, 29 November 2024.
