Draft decision

On 31 January 2025, we published our draft decision on AusNet Gas Services' (AusNet) proposal to vary its approved 2023–28 access arrangement (variation proposal).

Recent milestones

On 30 September 2024, AusNet Gas Services (AusNet) submitted a proposal to vary its approved 2023–28 access arrangement.

On 25 October 2024, we decided that AusNet's variation proposal is not non-material. In other words, we consider AusNet's variation proposal to be material. This means AusNet's variation proposal will go through a process of publication and calling for stakeholder submissions, followed by an AER draft decision, a revised proposal (if applicable), a further call for submissions and an AER final decision. Our decision on materiality (which also forms our initiating notice) is now published here.

AusNet's variation proposal is published on our website. Submissions on AusNet's variation proposal closed on Friday, 29 November 2024. Submissions are available on the website.
