The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law came into effect on 16 August 2016. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1, R2 and R3 class exemptions.

Before 17 September 2016, the legal name of FMSSJ Nominees Pty Ltd was Arc Energy Group Pty Ltd.
From 18 September 2017, this exemption was held by Owners Corporation Strata Plan 92260 / ABN 69 439 729 420.
Cancellation of registration
On 1 November 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the new registrant holding a retailer authorisation.
