The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law is no longer in effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R1, R2 and R3 class exemptions.

On 1 November 2021 the AER received notice of cancellation for this registration due to the new registrant holding a retailer authorisation.
