The Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER came into effect on 16 August 2016. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline (Network Exemption Guideline), and is subject to a number of conditions.

Before 17 September 2016, the legal name of FMSSJ Nominees Pty Ltd was Arc Energy Group Pty Ltd.
From 18 September 2017, exemptions for this site were registered by Owners Corporation Strata Plan 92260 / ABN 69 439 729 420.
