The following table sets out the conditions that apply to each deemed, registrable and individual class of network exemption. Validity of a network exemption is dependent on compliance with all applicable conditions. Refer to the current version of the AER's Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline for the wording of each specific condition of exemption.
