Issues paper

On 18 November 2014 the AER published an issues paper in relation to regulating innovative energy selling business models under the Retail Law. The AER is seeking stakeholder comments on two potential options for regulating the sale of energy by these businesses.

Stakeholder forum - Sydney office

The first forum was held in the AER's Sydney office on 29 January 2015, with connections to its Canberra, Melbourne, Adelaide and Brisbane offices via videoconferencing. AER Board member Mr James Cox chaired the forum.
