On 12 January 2022 Ergon Energy submitted a streamlined waiver application under clause 5.2 of the Ring-fencing guideline (electricity distribution). Ergon Energy requested that the AER waive the obligations under clause 3.1 to allow it to supply excess capacity for 5 batteries.
On 4 March 2022 we published our final decision to grant Ergon Energy's waiver application with conditions.
