On 31 May 2024, the AER published the final decision for Minor AER Guideline amendments - National Energy Objectives (NEOs).

The paper sets out our final decision on AER Guidelines (being Guidelines required under the Laws or Rules) that require minor changes because of the amended NEOs or the AEMC’s final rule change. We will shortly update the Guidelines as listed in our final decision and publish them on the AER website.
