On 6 March 2024, the AER published the draft decision for Minor AER Guideline amendments - National Energy Objectives (NEOs).

The paper sets out our draft decision on AER Guidelines (being Guidelines required under the Laws or Rules) that require minor changes because of the amended NEOs or the AEMC’s final rule change.
