On 31 May 2024, the AER released its final decision to make minor amendments to AER Guidelines. The minor amendments are required to accommodate the addition of the emissions reduction objective to the existing national energy objectives.
We propose minor amendments to 5 AER Guidelines:
- Capital Expenditure Incentive Guideline for Electricity Network Service Providers
- Network Service Provider - Registration Exemption Guideline
- Pipeline Regulatory Determinations and Elections Guide
- Retailer Authorisation Guideline Version 2
- Retail Exempt Selling Guideline
