On 31 March 2021, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Queensland distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Ergon Energy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.

On 23 and 30 April 2021, Ergon Energy submitted to the AER revised annual pricing proposals in response to AER queries. These submission include revised proposed prices.
