On 15 April 2016 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
Prior to 15 April 2016, this exemption was registered to Rededge Partners Pty Ltd / ACN 139 082 394.
After 3 September 2018, this registration was held by 30-32 Cypress St Redland Pty Ltd / ACN 618 199 296
