On 30 June 2012 the AER approved the Applicant’s exemption from the requirement to register as a network service provider and the operation of Chapter 5 of the NER. The exemption was granted under clause 2.5.1 of the NER in accordance with the AER’s Electricity NSP Registration Exemption Guideline, and is subject to a number of conditions.
Applicable conditions for exemption
After 15 April 2016, this exemption is registered to Innovative Alloy Formulae Pty Ltd / ABN 40 003 023 130.
