Epic Energy South Australia Pty Limited (Epic) was required to submit relevant proposed revisions to an access arrangement together with applicable access arrangement information by 1 July 2005.
Epic requested four extensions of the lodgment date between April 2005 and March 2006.
Coverage of the Moomba to Adelaide pipeline was revoked on 30 September 2007. Accordingly, the Moomba to Adelaide pipeline is no longer regulated by the ACCC.
