On 31 July 2002 the ACCC released the approved access arrangement for Epic Energy's Moomba to Adelaide pipeline for the period 1 January 2002 to 31 December 2005.
The decision was subject to an application for review in the Australian Competition Tribunal (Tribunal). The Tribunal concluded its review on the 10 December 2003.
