On 31 March 2021, SA Power Networks submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its South Australian distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. SA Power Network's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.
On 22 and 29 April 2021, SA Power Networks submitted to the AER revised annual pricing proposals in response to AER queries. These submissions include revised proposed prices.
On 7 May 2021, the AER approved SA Power Networks' annual pricing proposal for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. This was after assessing the pricing proposal as compliant with the National Electricity Rules and the AER's Final Decision on SA Power Networks - Determination 2020-25.
