Revocation and substitution determination
The AER released its determination to revoke and substitute SA Power Network’s electricity distribution determination for the 2020–25 regulatory control period on 25 March 2024. This was because a material error was identified relating to cable and conductor minor repairs impacting our operating and capital expenditure decisions. This had flow on impacts to revenues, the Demand Management Innovation Allowance Mechanism allowance and Service Target Performance Incentive Scheme incentive rates.
Final decision
Following consultation with stakeholders, the AER decided to delay its final 2020–25 network revenue determinations due on 30 April 2020 and released its final decision on 5 June 2020.
