AER releases 2023 electricity distribution and transmission benchmarking reports

On 28 November 2023 the AER made a T-3 Reliability Instrument for South Australia from 1 December 2026 to 28 February 2027 inclusive.

On 24 November 2023 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Region RE Limited for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law at Goonellabah Shopping Centre, 2 Simeoni Drive, Goonellabah NSW 2480.
