The Australian Energy Regulator (AER) has released its draft decisions on the access arrangement proposals submitted for APT Allgas’s and Envestra Limited’s Queensland gas networks for the period 1 July 2011 to 30 June 2016.
The AER has not accepted the access arrangement proposals. The draft decisions require APT Allgas and Envestra to revise their access arrangement proposals. APT Allgas and Envestra have until 23 March 2011 to submit revised proposals to the AER.
The AER’s media releases for Envestra and APT Allgas provides further information regarding the impact on network charges. This can be found on the AER’s website.
