On 31 March 2023, Evoenergy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Australian Capital Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2023 to 30 June 2024. Evoenergy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the NER and the AER's 2019–24 regulatory determination.

Other documentation was provided to support Evoenergy's proposal and to be used by the AER in its compliance assessment.

On 27 April 2023, Evoenergy submitted a revised pricing proposal package in response to AER queries. This resubmission resulted in minor changes to proposed prices.

On 5 May 2023, Evoenergy submitted to the AER a revised pricing proposal document to correct for transcription errors between its model and pricing proposal document. This correction was for consistency with our 4 May decision
