The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R2 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for R2 class exemption
Before 28 September 2017, exemptions for this site and 75 Shortland Esplanade were covered by a single exemption registration for 75-79 Shortland Esplanade registered by BCS Strata Management Pty Ltd / ABN 86 010 633 351.
