The Applicant's exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law has now come into effect. The exemption is provided for in the AER's Exempt Selling Guideline and is subject to a number of conditions attached to the R3 class exemption.

Applicable conditions for R3 class exemption
From 10 February 2022 individual exemption for this site was granted to include additional buildings, Glentworth House and Seaview Heights. Registrant continues as Stockland Aevum Limited / ABN 80 087 648 691
