Application

On 22 December 2023 the AER accepted an application from SAS Trustee Corporation (SAS Trustee) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 17 September 2019 for the sale of electricity at Plumpton Marketplace. SAS Trustee requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that the site is under new management and energy is now being supplied by Lendlease Property Management (Australia) Pty Limited / ABN 61 002 894 153.

Submissions

We are now seeking submissions from interested stakeholder on SAS Trustee’s application to cancel the exemption by 30 January 2024.
