On 22 March 2023 the AER accepted an application from Pumicestone Blue CTS 33280 (Pumicestone Blue) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 7 July 2017 for the sale of electricity at Pumicestone Blue. Pumicestone Blue requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that energy is now being supplied at 111 Bulcock Road Caloundra, QLD by an authorised retailer.
