On 11 January 2021, the AER accepted an application from ISPT Pty Ltd for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation at The Ponds Shopping Centre. 

Submissions on ISPT Pty Ltd's application closed on 9 February 2021. No submissions were received.
