On 12 March 2021, the AER approved ISPT Pty Ltd's application for an individual exemption from the requirement to hold a retailer authorisation under the National Energy Retail Law. This exemption allows ISPT Pty Ltd to sell electricity through an embedded network at The Ponds Shopping Centre, The Ponds NSW 2769.
