On 10 December 2019 the AER released its first rate of return annual update. Alongside this update we also published a report by Dr Martin Lally, updating his analysis on the distribution rate for imputation credits undertaken during the 2018 review.

Submissions on the December 2019 update closed on Friday 17 January 2020. We collected these submissions as part of responses to our  Pathway to 2022 Instrument consultation paper.
