We published a draft exemption guideline and draft decision on 7 June 2019 that seeks stakeholder comment on our proposed approach for the generator notice of closure exemption process.

We invited stakeholders to comment on the proposed approach in our draft guideline and the discussion of issues in our draft decision. The consultation period closed on 24 June 2019.
