The AER is required under Chapter 6A of the National Electricity Rules (NER) to make a transmission determination for Transend in relation to the Tasmanian electricity transmission network. On 28 April 2009 the AER released its final decision and transmission determination for Transend for the regulatory control period 1 July 2009 to 30 June 2014.
On 14 October 2009, the AER published the amended final determination. This amendment relates to a typographical error on page 2 of that determination.
