Attachment 15 – Alternative control services sets out our draft decision on Essential Energy’s Public lighting proposal, and provides detailed reasoning of our assessment approach and draft decision on public lighting tariffs. Essential Energy has claimed confidentiality over certain information provided to the AER in its public lighting pricing model.
