At the time of this access arrangement the GasNet System consisted of two pipelines, the Principal Transmission System (PTS) and the Western Transmission System (WTS), owned by Transmission Pipeline Australia. The PTS was acquired by GPU GasNet on 2 June 1999.

The following three access arrangements were dealt with together:

  • Transmission Pipeline Australia for the principal transmission system
  • Transmission Pipeline Australia for the western transmission system
  • VENCorp for the principal transmission system
