On 1 December 2004, the Australian Competition and Consumer Commission (ACCC) released its final approval of the access arrangement proposed by Epic Energy for its Ballera to Wallumbilla Pipeline System, also known as the South West Queensland Pipeline (SWQP).
The SWQP was the subject of a Queensland Government derogation which prevented the ACCC from reviewing the reference tariffs and related areas of the access arrangement until 2016.
