In December 2021 APA submitted a gas access arrangement proposal for the Victorian Transmission System (VTS), the primary transmission system for the delivery of gas throughout Victoria. The proposal covers the period 1 January 2023 to 31 December 2027, and specifies the reference service it will provide, the tariffs for that service, and the other terms and conditions on which it will be provided.
The AER published its draft decision on that proposal on 30 June 2022. An online forum on the draft decision was held on 25 July 2022, and presentations are now available.
APA responded to the draft decision in a revised proposal on 10 August 2022. Submissions on the draft decision and revised proposal were invited by 6 September 2022.
On 9 December 2022 the AER published its final decision on the APA VTS gas transmission access arrangement for the period 1 January 2023 June to 31 December 2027.
