On 22 October 2021, APA Group submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Victorian gas transmission network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for APA's users for the period 1 January 2022 - 31 December 2022.
On 26 October, 10 November, and 15 November 2021, APA Group submitted to the AER revised annual tariff variations to provide updated data and to correct for errors.
On 18 November 2021, the AER approved APA's annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 January 2022 to 31 December 2022. This was after assessing the tariff variation notice as compliant with APA's 2018–22 Access Arrangement.
