On 31 March 2021, Evoenergy submitted to the AER an annual pricing proposal for its Australian Capital Territory distribution network for the period 1 July 2021 to 30 June 2022. Evoenergy's pricing proposal will be assessed for compliance with the AER's 2019-24 regulatory determination.

On 30 April 2021, Evoenergy submitted to the AER a revised annual pricing proposal in response to AER queries.
