Envestra was rebranded as Australian Gas Networks Limited after a move to full ownership of Envestra by the Cheung Kong Consortium, and the subsequent delisting of Envestra from the Australian Securities Exchange on 17 October 2014.
Brisbane, Gladstone, Ipswich and Rockhampton sections are covered by regulation whereas Bundaberg, Hervey Bay and Maryborough sections are not.
