On 22 October 2024, the AER published its draft decision on the proposal to make the AER Compliance Procedures and Guidelines (Procedures and Guidelines) for gas pipelines. The draft is comprised of an updated draft of the Procedures and Guidelines, a version of this updated draft that tracks all changes made to the proposed draft and an Explanatory Note which outlines our proposed changes and reasoning.

Interested parties are invited to make written submissions to the AER regarding this draft decision by close of business, 15 November 2024. Submissions can be sent electronically to AERGasNetworksComplianceaer [dot] gov [dot] au (AERGasNetworksCompliance[at]aer[dot]gov[dot]au).
