On 17 April 2024, the AER released a draft decision on the proposal to make an Annual Compliance Order (ACO). Our draft decision is made up of 3 documents, a revised ACO, an explanatory note which outlines our proposed changes and reasoning, and a revised response template.

Gas pipeline service providers and other interested stakeholders were invited to make submissions on the draft decision and updated draft documents by 9 May 2024.
