Today we released our draft decision to make minor amendments to AER Guidelines to accommodate the addition of the emissions reduction objective to the existing national energy objectives.
We propose minor amendments to 5 AER Guidelines:
- Capital Expenditure Incentive Guideline for Electricity Network Service Providers
- Network Service Provider - Registration Exemption Guideline
- Pipeline Regulatory Determinations and Elections Guide
- Retailer Authorisation Guideline Version 2
- Retail Exempt Selling Guideline
We seek stakeholder views on our proposed amendments by 26 April 2024. Submissions can be sent electronically to NEOReforms
