On 19 October 2023, APA Group submitted to the AER an annual tariff variation notice for its Victorian gas transmission network. The tariff variation notice relates to network charges for APA's users for the period 1 January 2024 - 31 December 2024.
On 25 October 2023, APA Group submitted to the AER revised annual tariff variation to provide updated data and to correct for errors.
On 16 November 2023, the AER approved APA's annual tariff variation notice for the period 1 January 2024 to 31 December 2024. This was after assessing the tariff variation notice as compliant with APA's 2023-27 Access Arrangement.
