On 3 August 2023 the AER published its draft NSW supporting guidelines and guidance note:

• Legal and Functional Separation Guideline - Electricity Infrastructure Investment Act - Draft
• Incentive Schemes for non-contestable projects in NSW: Guidance Note - Draft

We invited interested stakeholders to make a submission on the supporting guidelines. We received three submissions.

On 14 August 2023 we hosted a public online forum. A presentation was delivered by the AER. The presentation slides are available below.
