On 22 November 2021 the Australian Energy Regulator (AER) accepted an application from Atrio Apartments CTS 46116 (Atrio Apartments) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 7 July 2017 for the sale of electricity at Atrio Apartments. Atrio Apartments CTS 46116 requested the cancellation of the exemption on the grounds that energy is now being supplied at 29 Robertson Street, Fortitude Valley QLD by an authorised retailer.
