On 1 December 2020, the AER accepted an application from Stockland Property Management Pty Limited (Stockland) to cancel the individual exemption it was granted on 26 February 2020 for the sale electricity at Baulkham Hills shopping centre. Stockland requested the cancellation of exemption on the grounds that it no longer owns or operates Baulkham Hills shopping centre and does not sell electricity at 375 - 383 Windsor Road Baulkham Hills, NSW.
